Snipping Tool in Windows Server 2008 R2

So the Windows 7 Snipping Tool is one of the coolest tools in Windows 7, but there are times when you need to use it on Windows Server 2008 R2 too.  Since they are the same code base you might expect to find it already there but its not available in Windows 2008 R2 by default.  You need to add the Desktop Experience feature through Server Manager for it to become available.

There is a great explanation on how to do this over at petenetlive, thanks Pete for taking the time to post it.
